The location is excellent and convenient, in the centre of the island. The staff are very friendly and experienced. The breakfast choices are generous with pineapple juice and gluten free bread, for instance.

Pleasant hotel with splendid view over gardens, lovely restaurant. Really helpful and experienced staff at all times. New-fashioned guest room, comfortable beds. Plenty of supplies in the room: an individual safe, an air conditioning and an iron. Good stay, as always.

The restaurant here was lovely for lunch, we both ordered delicious dishes. It was good sized and included a private safe, central heating and an iron. Had a good stay of year-February, would be happy to recommend this place.

Fairly clean venue with plentiful and varied breakfasts and garden views. Exceptional service from the helpful, well experienced staff members. A huge variety of options, outstanding food. Convenient location to the city center of las Palmas and huge rooms. Also - really close to the centre of Santa Brigida, and the suburbs between Las Palmas and Santa Brigida. The pool area is nice too. Not to mention reliable wifi! A charming small hotel, my first choice in Santa Brigida.

Whole place was clean with lovely views; good and lovely location in the "guest lounge" area. Silent rooms were airy, and the beds were very comfy. Having multi-channel TV, a study table and a radio was very convenient. Everything was simply superb.

Restaurante Bentayga served dishes within 100 metres off the hotel. If your plans include visiting vegueta, you should stay here. We booked it before and recommend it to everyone...
